PLN Group once again successfully supported the implementation of the Archipelagic Island States (AIS) Forum Summit held on October 10 & 11, 2023 in Bali. PLN managed to maintain the security and reliability of the electricity supply during the AIS Summit activities. PLN Icon Plus, the Beyond kWh Subholding of PLN Group, and other PLN units supported this international event’s success.
President Director of PLN Icon Plus, Ari Rahmat Indra Cahyadi, specifically gave appreciation to PLN Icon Plus personnel who have participated in supporting the smooth operation of electricity services, especially at the PLN Main Command Post for the 2023 AIS Summit Electricity Standby.
“Thank you for the preparedness of PLN Icon Plus officers who, together with joint PLN Group officers, have maintained and secured the electricity supply during the AIS Summit activities,” said Ari Rahmat.
Director of Network and Infrastructure of PLN Icon Plus, Doni Aris Setiawan was present to directly monitor the preparedness of PLN Icon Plus officers in supporting the smooth running of activities at the PLN Group Main Command Post for Electricity Preparedness for the 2023 AIS Summit.
“PLN Icon Plus provides support in the form of PLNTelecommunication Network reliability services in layers and system operation security (Cyber Security) as well as the reliability of VPN Internet supporting infrastructure for the operation of the Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) and also CCTV service support in various critical locations through fiber optic media,” explained Doni Aris.
Previously, the Distribution Director of PT PLN (Persero), Adi Priyanto, during the AIS Forum 2023 Summit Electricity Alert Apple some time ago, said that in supporting the success of this international activity, PLN Group deployed at least 575 personnel in generation, transmission, system operations, distribution, retail and other supporting fields such as telecommunications services.
