Bank DKI continues to reap positive results while carrying out its role as Jakarta’s Regional Development Bank (BPD). This achievement continues to increase along with the 5.0 transformation program that has been implemented since 2021.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi explained, that the implementation of this digital transformation includes business transformation, good governance, reliable digital innovation, and strong risk management. He considers this as the key and strategy to achieve sustainable success.
In recent years, digitalization has become Bank DKI’s main milestone in business development strategy as an effort to provide faster and more efficient banking services.
“The digital transformation initiative carried out by Bank DKI, apart from aiming to expand financial access for the community and increase added value to products and services, is also intended to strengthen partnerships with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a shareholder,” Arie told reporters, Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
With a successful transformation, Bank DKI is ready to become a milestone for the DKI Provincial Government in achieving all its visions and missions going forward.
“This involves supporting various programs of the DKI Jakarta Province as support in realizing Jakarta as a global city,” said Arie.
Evidence of Bank DKI’s success is also evident because Bank DKI’s Director of Finance & Strategy, Romy Wijayanto received an award as the 10 Most Popular Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 2023, at the “Best 50 Financial Institution Awards 2023 (5th Anniversary) and 10 Most Popular CFO Awards 2023” in Jakarta on Monday, November 27, 2023.
The award received adds to the series of awards received by Romy in 2023, namely as Indonesia Best CFO 2023 with Predicate: Very Good by SWA Indonesia magazine, along with 10 (10) other Finance Directors / Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) from various industries, and in February 2023, also received an award as Best Performance CFO 2023 from Warta Ekonomi magazine specifically for the success of maintaining the consistency of the company’s profit growth.
Most recently, in the same month of November, Romy was named Best CFO in the Asset Bank Category of Rp50 Trillion. < Rp100 Trillion as well as the Best of The Best CFO in the same category, from The Finance (Infobank Media Group).
The Iconomics held the “Best 50 Financial Institution Awards 2023 (5th Anniversary) and 10 Most Popular CFO Awards 2023” as a form of appreciation to financial industry players and selected CFOs obtained from surveys with more than 10,000 respondents from 10 major cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta (Jabodetabek), Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Medan, Palembang, Balikpapan, and Makassar.
